Overcoming hate is one of the most difficult things to do in life. Whether it be the hate you feel towards yourself, others feel towards you, or the hate you feel towards others it can be very difficult to resolve. We all experience hate in our lives, but it's time we start to moderate it more. It's time to overcome the hate and start embracing love. This is a safe place where you can express your concerns, share your stories of experiencing hate, overcoming hate, and embracing love! We as well as all our followers are here for you. We have decided that for the blog, it will be open for anyone to share not only stories, but to give advice, quotes, anything that would be comforting to someone who is going through this experience.

Recently, a friend if mine died from suicide. It’s something that haunts us and I wish we could have read the signs a little better, tried to get inside his mind instead of insisting he was alright and letting other things preoccupy us.

I don’t want anyone to go through that experience because it truly is a horrible one.

I do want you guys to swing by, drop off a few words of encouragement, a personal story, a poem, a quote. Anything you want to give.

I know it isn’t easy and it’s a hard process, but pick out one things each day.

The way you smile, the way your eyes are shaped, the way your legs move, the shape of your nose.

Thank your body for being there each day, no matter what weight you may be.

Appreciate your heart for beating, your lungs for breathing and your eyes for seeing.

Appreciate the fact that you deserve to have a great relationship with your body, no matter what size. 

You’ll start to see how beautiful you are.

Who are you tel try to crush people’s happiness because you aren’t where you’d like to be?

You cannot be upset with anyone because they choose different choices, decision and lifestyles than you.

Everyone deserves to live life on their own terms and to do what makes them happy.

You don’t have to support but you don’t have to go out of your way to be negative and try to hurt them either.

1. Confidence is everything. If you believe that you have self-worth, you will feel better about yourself.

2. Make a list of things that you admire about your self. You are more than your looks. List things that you like about yourself and what things you love.

3. Smile! Smiling helps release chemicals in the body which increase cell reproduction and will also mean you have more energy to strut your lovely stuff in the day.

4. You are more than your body type! You are a living breathing person. Focus on things that make you truly happy.

5. Choose your media - Does reading magazines about how to be beauty and what is said to be beautiful actually improve your life?

6. DON’T compare yourself to others. You are you, and that is wonderful.
